Try as we might (though far too few even try), we can find nothing other than consciousness. If you think you can, then consider what is it that assumes it is something recognizing something outside of consciousness. That again is consciousness alone. Why the need to break things up? That which appears to be perceiving and that which appears to be perceived have no distinction. Stop for a moment and try to find the distinction. There is only one thing happening. That is consciousness. Rest in that alone and be happy!
